She has successfully led transformational projects including major platform migrations (Sakai to Canvas), launched innovative services like Electronic Notebooks and Zoom integration, and spearheaded the university-wide online evaluation system that revolutionized academic assessment.

Since adding Emerging Technologies to her portfolio in 2018, Maneesha has been at the forefront of identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions. She provides strategic direction for Columbia's Emerging Technology Consortium, positioning the university as a hub for innovation and knowledge sharing among researchers, faculty, students, and industry partners.
